PANDORA Library is the global Product Content Management application of PANDORA. This means that all information regarding product content (prices, translations, descriptions) and marketing content (images, logos, files) can be searched, edited, viewed and downloaded. PANDORA Library guarentees accurate and quality product and marketing content and by providing timely and accurate information PANDORA can meet business objectives. Once you have registered, PANDORA Library is available for all internal employees and external stakeholders.
To support you in the use of PANDORA Library this WIKI is available at any given time throughout the application. When you click on "help" in the bottom of the window you will directly go to the relevant area within the WIKI. The WIKI is set into specific area's to separate functionality and areas. This will help you quickly to go to the relevant support page. The following sections are available in the WIKI:
• Home: This is the starting point of PANDORA Library for all users. What you can find on the home page and how it works is described here.
• Media: All marketing content is available in the media section of the application. The way Media works is described in this section.
• Services: The supporting services for searching and downloading marketing materials.
• Product: All the product content is stored and maintained in the product section of the application. How to access and maintain product information is described in this section.
• Studios: The backoffice of PANDORA Library is maintained in Studios and only available for administrators
• Management: The specific maintenance of PANDORA Library by the Project Manager is done trough management
