PANDORA is a designer, manufacturer, and marketer of hand finished and modern jewellery made from genuine materials and at affordable prices. The jewellery and other branded products are distributed to more than 65 countries on six continents across different sales channels.
PANDORA is growing fast and to facilitate this growth there is a need accurate and quality product and marketing content. This information needs to be available for internal and external stakeholders. Accurate and timely availability of product information is critical for PANDORA to meet the business objectives.
The PANDORA Library delivers a centralized “one single version of the truth” in regards to product content (prices, translations, descriptions) and marketing content (images, logos, files).
To support you in the use of PANDORA Library this WIKI has been created. When you click on "help" in the bottom of the window in a specific page within PANDORA Library, you will directly go to the relevant area within the WIKI. The WIKI is set into specific area's to separate functionality and areas and help you quickly to go to the relevant information. The following sections are available in the WIKI

Registration: Here you can find information to support you in the registration process of PANDORA Library. It also explains how to set a new password and how to change your profile details.

Navigation: The way you can access areas in the system is the same allover so this section describes the basic navigation elements.

Home: This is the starting point of PANDORA Library for all users. What you can find on the home page and how it works is described in this section.

Media: All marketing content is available in the media section of the application. The way Media works is described in this section.

Product: All the product content is stored and maintained in the product section of the application. How to access and maintain product information is described in this section.
•
User Management: Describes the creation and maintenance of the users and security in PANDORA Library that is done by the PANDORA Library Project Manager.

Drop Management: The specific maintenance of the drops and the product in a drop within PANDORA Library is described in this section.
