Download options
You have different options for downloading items within PANDORA Library media, providing that your user account allows you this. You can set the output format, you can zip a group of assets for download or you can download a single item from your basket.
At the top of the basket you have the option to select the output format of all items within your basket. The output format sets the resolution for you (e.g. 72, 150, 300 DPI) but also the output format (e.g. jpeg, tiff, png). You don’t have to make any other selection to get the right download format.
If you want to change the output format for each item individually or you want one item in your basket to be a different output format than the others, you can set this per item in the basket.
Every item in you basket has on the right side the option to adjust the output format individually.
You can also see here what the output format will be when you select one of the options. You can always override the selected option manually, or by reselecting all marked items.
PANDORA Library also allows certain users to make a custom download. This means that the output of the file can be determined based on specific needs. When you set custom dimensions for your download, the application will always keep it in proportion so you can only set height or width for your output file.
Once you have determined the output for your download you have different options for downloading items. These can be found in the top right corner of the basket window.
Note: You must always select an output format to download items from PANDORA Library. If you do not select the output format, the download will fail.
